After two weeks of playing with Alfred, I’m really pleased with it. You wouldn’t believe how much dust can accumulate in a single day. Getting it up and running is almost ridiculously simple – just plug it in, press the button, and off it goes. It’s a bit of a problem with the app. It took a moment to pair, but it’s working now. The app itself is a bit of a faff. Setting the scheduled cleaning mode does not always work. When it’s time for a scheduled clean in Mopping mode, it doesn’t mind that the mop isn’t attached and happily carries on. Setting things up in the map, such as thresholds and carpets, and dividing rooms is a right faff. Without thresholds set, it drives right over them, even when it’s only supposed to be moving around the room; when thresholds are set, it gives them a wide berth and misses quite a lot of space, even though they’re set to the minimum width of 10 cm (which is still too much). The mopping mode ignores the setting to avoid carpets, so it will mop them as well. Otherwise, it’s brilliant – it goes wherever it can, as long as the LiDAR doesn’t detect anything in its path. On a single charge, it can clean around 65m² in balanced mode, returns to its charging station automatically, and resumes cleaning once recharged.
It’s relatively quiet, but it’s not really suitable for vacuuming at night.

I was surprised at the quality of the hair picking from the carpet. It sucks well and vacuums the whole apartment (60m2) twice in one charge. The application is intuitive. I can't set the carpet mode yet, but it still works great. The option of vacuuming and then wiping it down did not work, it is better to let it vacuum and then wipe it down. I have nothing to fault it for, except perhaps the height - it doesn't fit under all the furniture - but it is now the standard height.
