I took these Sonaks as a kind of emergency replacement for the wire inears which play just a tad better. In the end, total satisfaction, it is necessary to switch them to LDAC where at least there is not such a terrible compression of the audio when transmitting over BT. But the foam tips were a big disappointment, so I replaced them with silicone Azla Sedna ASMR with an internal hexagonal grid. They sound basically the same, only slightly less damped but sound neutral compared to foam tips.
Pretty decent sound limited mainly by BT codec (LDAC)

For a while I was very skeptical if the headphones would be worth the money, but after I completely set them up (a process as long as a Czech railroad lockout), I immediately understood that these are really some of the best headphones I've had in my ears (and I've had a lot of them). The sound is absolutely amazing, balanced, clear, equalizer for you to adjust all the parameters of the headphones while listening and you are in the 7th heaven. ANC is the thing I bought them for. and I have to admit, SONY has done this one really beautifully. For me I recommend and if you will scratch the earbuds because of the material, there are also silicone ones on ali directly for this model with a grid, so the only minus is solved in 2 minutes of searching on the net and 53 CZK: D.

The noise cancellation doesn't work. they are no better than a cheap pair of earplugs for blocking noise and turning ANC on or off changes almost nothing. Just enough changes that it is clear the headphones are trying to do something but without success. Compared to a pair of my friend's airpods these are so terrible as to be a joke. They have excellent audio quality but do not buy them expecting it to cancel out noise from a crowd or cars or a tram or even quiet conversations in the next room. The shape of the ears will matter a lot for the pips, but for me a total disappointment. I've had enough headphones pass through my hands in my life, so I don't think I have anything to compare them to. With any size of earbuds, these headphones do not fit properly in the ear. Either they're free or they're not going in. I can't imagine trying to walk or run with them anywhere. The earbuds are a weird scratchy material that makes my ears burn. When I tried to sanitize them, I found that ordinary alcohol dissolves them, so they are practically impossible to sanitize. I have an ancient Koss stovepipe that also used sealing foam, it worked well there. The sound seems to me to be worse than the 5x cheaper WH-CH720 or the historical Koss or Sennheiser pcs priced around 1000kč. I can't hear any detail in the music, the headphones produce noticeable noise, probably from the ANC. ANC on is virtually unnoticeable from pure passive attenuation. I'm sure it works somehow, I've tried switching anc/ambient/off but the differences are minimal, probably like turning down 6db of bass on the EQ. I found a measurement that states 40db attenuation, this should mean subjectively 16x attenuation. Given the reviews that promised basically the top product on the market and given the high price, this is a total disappointment for me.
They don't fit properly in the ears with any size earbuds, the body of the headphones is heavy, non-ergonomically shaped and pulls them out.
