right after putting it on, you can' t fail to notice that the structure dampens the higher mids and highs well, but the bass almost not at all. The sound performance is actually similar - compared to the reference ATH-M50X, the bottom is unnecessarily over-bassed, the mids are not specific and the treble is poor - the (in)quality is comparable to wired headphones in the price range of 300-600, -. Wireless and noise canceling do the rest of the price - that' s fine. A mobile app from Sony would also be nice, but the impression is spoiled by the lengthy installation and the terrifying list of required permissions. The 4-picture guide is more of a parody, the procedure for pairing the 2nd and other devices needs to be googled. I bought mainly for the noise reduction when listening to music on the train, so despite all the mentioned shortcomings I am satisfied.
