The vacuum cleaner was purchased in October 2024 and since about March 2025 it's been getting worse and worse, it keeps getting stuck, somehow gets tangled up when vacuuming and stays in place and won't even return to the dock even though there's nothing blocking it along the way. The water tank is insane - there are replacement filters in the package that we have had to buy several times and now the filters don't even last 2-3 days and the water never stays in the tank! If we don't change the filters automatically, we get a water surface on the floor when mopping because the whole tank leaks out. Now he also has trouble sucking up the small granules of catcolith. Next, hair and longer hairs get crazy tangled on the brushes. I will be advertising the vacuum cleaner and will definitely not want it again.
