For the price, it’s not some rubbish plastic, but a solid, high-quality construction that you're not afraid to touch in case something cracks or breaks off in your hand. The clip is sturdy and has a great span (though not for a tablet). It's also sturdy when it comes to attaching it to a table. Yes, it wobbles a bit when you touch it, but that's logically to be expected given the length of the rigid wire (it's really long and strong) - so I'll just attach it to a surface that I have minimal chance of bumping while recording a video. This small minus is definitely cancelled out by the heap of pluses. And so I'm off to buy another one so I don't have to carry them around, because for that price, it's a steal :)
