Now for the fourth complaint and I am praying for a refund. This scumbag has already cost me so much time and nerves that I don' t even want to see him anymore. He also has other flies. Sometimes it disconnects from Wifi on its own and requires a complete reset and reconfiguration of the home including all rooms and zone settings. The app has grammatical errors in English that are so bad it doesn' t make sense (e. g. does not distinguish between the words " pause" and " paused" ) and the robo-voice cannot be understood due to a bad accent. The vacuum cleaner has a camera and sensors, but it moves around the apartment as if it were blind. He gets tangled in the cables, calmly crashes into the obstacle directly in front of him at full speed, scrapes his feet against the furniture. I don't recommend it to anyone.
