- Companies eligible for VAT deduction will receive the tax back from the authorities as usual.
- No extra steps – invoices are issued automatically.
No documents required for purchase or pick up
- No need to present business documents anymore: ID cards, trade licences, or powers of attorney are no longer required.
- Flexible delivery: orders can be sent to any address in Austria, including AlzaBox pickup points, without proof of company connection.
- Quick in-store pickup via self-service payment terminals or the app – no long waiting times.
