Toshiba 2.5" 160GB MK1676GSX

Modern and highly reliable 2.5 "hard drive from Toshiba is designed primarily for laptops, but also compact desktop computers with Serial ATA II.To increase the performance utilizes perpendicular registration. This technology allows you to write data vertically on the plate disk, the data record is so dense and capacity several times greater than normal longitudinal registration.Disk speeds of 5400 revolutions per minute and has a buffer size of 8 megabytesThe advantage is also a very good average access time of 12 ms.

Of course there is a high reliability of data storage technology and support S.M.A.R.T.Very quiet running bearings provide a fluid, which also reduces vibration and prolong life. The data on the disk are also safe in the motion sensor system and a free fall, which shut down in case of emergency head and prevents damage.
