Hallo, ich habe den Monitor am 14.Dez.2020 bestellt und auch bekommen, leider stimmt die Seriennummer auf dem Gerät nicht mit der Seriennummer auf der Rechnung überein. Ich bitte um Zusendung einer korrigierten Rechnung mit den Ursprungsdaten, aber mit der korrekten Seriennummer. Foto von Karton und Seriennummer auf Gerät kann ich Ihnen sofort per Email schicken.
