Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe vor kurzem einen 65" Hisense 65E7KQ PRO bei ihnen gekauft. Ich habe das Problem daß das Bild immer mal wieder hakt bzw stockt. Ich habe laut Internet alle Einstellungen ausprobiert aber leider ohne Erfolg. Es wurde auch nichts an der SAT-Anlage verändert und bei meinem Vorgängermodell hatte ich das Problem nicht. Oben in meinem Arbeitszimmer läuft der TV ohne Probleme. Was kann ich noch machen ausser die Einstellungen (ohne Erfolg) zu ändern??? Mit freundlichen Grüßen
