Arma 3: Contact PC is an expansion for the military simulation game Arma 3 that takes you into the thrilling world of Alien Contact. You find yourself on the fictional Eastern European island of Livonia, where an ordinary military operation turns into an extraordinary situation when an alien civilization arrives.

Will aliens change the world?
In the First Contact story campaign, you'll take on the role of Specialist Aiden Rudwell, a drone operator taking part in a NATO military exercise in Livonia. When a giant alien ship descends on Earth, you are tasked with exploring this mysterious presence and finding out what the aliens want from us. Arma 3 campaign: Contact PC takes you to the frontier of scientific research, electronic warfare and intense combat exploration as you face not only the alien threat but also conflicts between human factions. In authentic Arma 3 style, this mission explores how alien contact could change the world forever.
ENVIRONMENT
Set in Eastern Europe
Livonia offers a varied terrain with dense forests, vast fields and interesting buildings that create an ideal environment for combined forces combat. In Arma 3 Contact PC, you can explore 163 km² of Eastern European terrain in Nadbór, set in the Polish-speaking state of Livonia, which is of great geostrategic importance due to its neighbourhood with Russia and Belarus. This wooded landscape, filled with new structures and natural objects, presents unique challenges and opportunities for players in an authentic NATO environment.
CONFLICT
Polish and Russian troops
The new terrain in Arma 3 Contact brings two smaller but very capable warring parties, the Livonian Defence Force (LDF) and the Russian Spetsnaz. The LDF features modern protective gear with a unique geometric forest camouflage pattern, new uniforms, vests with plate carriers and modular combat helmets with optional covers. On the other hand, the Russian Spetsnaz paratroopers wear lightweight two-tone jumpsuits, CSAT-inspired helmets and chest rigs with cross-body holsters. In addition, both sides feature new character faces and authentic radio logs in Polish and Russian.
GUNS
New assault rifles, shotguns and machine guns
Arma 3 expansion: Contact PC adds five new weapons to the game to expand your arsenal. The Livonian Defence Forces (LDF) use the Promet modular assault rifle, known for its detachable handle with integrated rifle scope and the ability to add a submachine gun or shotgun. The Russian Specnaz come with the RPK-12 light machine gun, equipped with a 75-round drum magazine and a modified stock, and the AKU-12 carbine, a lightweight and compact rifle with a muzzle brake. Livonian hunters use the classic Mk 14 hunting rifle and the traditional Kozlice shotgun, also available in a shortened barrel version.
VEHICLES
Use cars with video, laser and other gadgets
Arma 3: Contact PC introduces two new vehicles that expand player options. The first is the ED-1 Mini UGV, a small unmanned ground vehicle on tracks that is capable of traversing challenging terrain and transmitting live video feeds. The swivel arm makes it ideal for defusing explosives and protecting against CBRN threats. There is also a scientific version of the ED-1E, equipped with sensors and a sampling laser, and a military version of the ED-1D with a Disruptor shotgun. At the other end of the spectrum, you'll find a tractor returning from Arma 2 with a new model and textures, ready for any task.
EXCITEMENT
Equip yourself against alien invasion
Arma 3 expansion: Contact PCs will give you access to new weaponry and equipment created in response to the first alien contact. Among the most notable innovations is equipment for protection against CBRN threats, including a protective suit in various colours and camouflage patterns, a filtering respirator and a backpack with a breathing apparatus. In addition, you can look forward to a spectrum analyzer, a handheld transceiver that can analyze the electromagnetic spectrum, serve as a signal jammer or a tool to deceive the enemy. The new equipment includes a backpack with a radio, a blindfold for the captives and, for those who believe in alien theories, a tinfoil hat.
SECRETS
Aliens manipulate gravity
We know very little about the aliens, but their gigantic ship is unmissable. It's likely that they control the gravitational field, as the ship can levitate despite its enormous size. It's not clear, whether aliens have landed elsewhere on Earth, or just in Livonia, but it seems that their UFO is deliberately hovering over a network of ancient underground passages, that have so far remained undiscovered. Not much is known about the origin and purpose of this network. According to recent reports, highly advanced alien entities the size of cars are exploring the vicinity of UFOs. Their true capabilities and goals remain a mystery and require further research.
MULTIPLAYER
Take advantage of the new camouflage suits
Arma 3 Contact PC brings new multiplayer scenarios that can be played in Arma 3 Zeus Game Master, Combat Patrol and Warlords modes on the Livonia map. In addition, you'll get free bonus content for Arma 3. This content includes a forest camouflage pattern for NATO units, civilian clothing for various groups in the Overlord, and over 100 new decorative and terrain objects for content creators. There is also an official soundtrack with new songs specially composed for the First Contact campaign.
