The CH-67 Huron is a heavy cargo helicopter equipped with twin engines and tandem rotors, designed to carry troops, vehicles and cargo. It comes in two variants: The armed version includes two side gunners with 6.5mm rotary machine guns, while the transport version is adapted to carry more passengers. The Mi-290 Taru, on the other hand, is a heavy multirole helicopter with coaxial rotors and a modular design that allows it to be quickly converted to a variety of roles, including transporting cargo and troops, or providing battlefield resupply. Thanks to the suspension rope, Taru can transport lighter vehicles and other materials.

The emphasis on team coordination and strategy is important, with logistics playing a vital role. To become a master helicopter pilot, Arma 3 offers: Helicopters PC training in virtual reality. Four new courses that allow you to effectively master the control of helicopters in different scenarios. For content creators who want to enrich their maps and scenarios, a number of new objects have been added, such as loading platforms, ropes and cranes.

Thanks to the new dynamics based on the RotorLib model, you will experience much more realistic flight characteristics of all official helicopters. The new suspended load function opens up a wide range of possibilities for logistics and tactical operations. You'll carry cargo suspended under the helicopter, which you'll use in a variety of strategic situations, from rescue operations to delivering critical supplies. Another innovation involves firing from vehicles, with selected passenger positions in many vehicles now allowing the firing of personal weapons.
