ASUS ENGTX260/2DI/896MD3

Graphics card for gamers, offering excellent price/performance ratio.

Kernel GeForce GTX260 are truly impressive - 1.4 billion transistors (previous generation had only half as much), plus the number of 192 stream processors, 64 texture units and 448bitová wide memory bus.All these parameters give the graphics card power 715 gigaflop. The chip itself is clocked at a frequency of 576 MHz and fast DDR3 memory at 1998 MHz impressive. The support PCI Express x16 2nd0 interface, which compared with the current PCI Express provides faster data transfer at twice and thus significantly improving throughput. The card can connect up to two monitors with 2 DVI outputs.

Graphics card is manufactured using advanced 65 nm technology, which means in particular, lower power consumption and heat disposal.By using new technology is saving the consumption of the card in 2D mode only 25W.He placed the card manufacturer ASUS quality and efficient cooler, which owes a stable operation and high durability.Further enhanced the possibility of involvement of up to three graphics cards in SLI mode (When using a compatible motherboard), then increasing the already great graphics performance.

Due to the huge number of new technologies, especially with a revolutionary interface CUDA investment in graphics card worth only avid gamers, but also for all demanding users.CUDA interface it is capable of exploiting the enormous power not only to acceleration of games, but also game physics acceleration or very fast transfer of video (up to 15x faster than using the current processor).Number of applications using this technology is rapidly increasing and the investment in new graphics card really worth it.

In addition to the maximum performance in the card games also focus on excellence reproduction of Blu-Ray and HD DVD movies. This dynamic functions are ready to increase the contrast and color ranges to optimize the image scene after scene, and so provides spectacular picture clarity.Graphics card supports Microsoft DirectX 10 and OpenGL 2nd1st

Modern NVIDIA HybridPower technology, which has the card, allowing compatible motherboards to switch between the GeForce GTX 260 and integrated graphics card.In the event that there is need for work or play intensive graphic performance, it switches to integrated graphics card, thereby reducing consumption and fan noise to a minimum card.
