How to survive after a nuclear accident
The thrilling survival action game Atomfall PC draws inspiration from real historical events, specifically the Windscale nuclear disaster that took place in 1957 in northern England. The story of the game takes place five years after the disaster, when the world faces the consequences of a nuclear accident, and you find yourself in a fictional quarantine zone, where survival and secrets must be uncovered, behind the events, that changed the entire region.
In the English countryside
You will have the opportunity to explore the English countryside, which is now full of bizarre characters, strange mysticism, dark cults and malevolent government agencies. The cities are deserted, the countryside devastated and a constant tension hangs in the air. Your job will be to clean up, collect materials, make tools, barter with survivors and fight dangerous creatures and organizations that try to take advantage of the situation.
What caused the crash?
Atomfall PC from Rebellion, known for titles like Sniper Elite and Zombie Army, focuses on solving the mystery surrounding the crash and its aftermath. You'll have to explore the world, untangle intricate stories and decide who to trust to uncover the truth about what really happened in Windscale and what's hiding in the quarantine zone. To do this you will need not only your fighting skills, but also your keen judgement and skill in navigating between dangerous circumstances.
