Get the Concept SO2000 fruit dryer with horizontal airflow for fast drying, in which you can dry vegetables, mushrooms, pasta, meat or herbs and flowers in addition to fruit. There are no limits to imagination. The food retains all the vitamins and nutrients that are important for our bodies. The dryer will provide you with two RAW trays and 6 stainless steel trays to ensure sufficient space for quick drying of food. The handy digital control makes it easy to set the temperature between 35 and 70 °C. You can also use the timer, which you can set to suit your needs for up to 24 hours.

The dryer with an input power of up to 650 W has 6 stainless steel trays on which you can simply spread the sliced food, adjust the temperature and switch on. The stainless steel material heats up well, so the drying process is greatly accelerated. The pull-out system makes the Concept SO2000 fruit dryer easy to handle.

Operating the Concept SO2000 fruit dryer is a breeze and can be done by anyone. The dryer uses a handy digital control to conveniently set your desired temperature between 35 and 70 °C. If needed, you can also use the timer, which can be set for up to 24 hours, so you are always in complete control of your drying. After the set drying time has elapsed, it automatically switches itself off.
RAW trays
For liquid and mushy foods, the RAW trays, which can be found in the package of the Concept SO2000 fruit dryer, are suitable. For example, it is suitable for preparing the popular homemade fruit leather, pancakes, bars or crackers.
Plate for drying herbs
In the Concept SO2000 fruit dryer you can also dry herbs, mushrooms, pasta, grated vegetables for soup or flowers, among other things. There are no limits to imagination, so we believe that everyone will find their own.
