The following conditions apply to the digital gift card:

The card can only be sold to persons over 18 years of age. The card can only be used by Austrian residents who are 18 years of age or older. To redeem the Card, a Disney+ account with a valid email address must be created in Austria and the Disney+ Terms of Service (disneyplus.com/legal/nutzungsvertrag) must be accepted.
The Card entitles the holder to a one-time use of Disney+ ("Disney+ Subscription") for a period of 3, 6 or 12 months from the date of application of the Disney+ Code purchased with the Card. Upon redemption, the full value of the Card will be deducted for one Disney+ Subscription. No partial redemption or credit is possible.
This Disney+ code can be redeemed at disneyplus.com/redeem. Customers with an existing Disney+ Subscription can use the code after the end of the current subscription period.
You confirm and ensure that the email address you provide is correct and up to date. If you send the card to a third party email address, you acknowledge and warrant that this will not infringe any third party rights.
The Disney+ subscription itself is governed by the Terms of Service (disneyplus.com/de-de/legal/nutzungsvertrag), the Privacy Policy (disneyplus.com/de-de/legal/datenschutzerklaerung), the Cookie Policy and the Disney+ UK & EU Privacy Notice (disneyplus.com/de-de/legal/uk-&-eu-datenschutzhinweise). The terms and conditions and privacy policy of the card vendor remain unaffected.
Application and use requires compatible software and hardware as well as internet access. The card cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, discounts or promotions. The card cannot be redeemed, exchanged or credited towards the purchase of other memberships without affecting legal rights. Disney+ subscriptions cannot be sold or transferred. The code will not be recognized if it is obtained from an unauthorized provider. Disney assumes no liability for loss, theft or fraudulent use of the Card. Statutory warranty rights apply.
