The ES-5500G v3 recognises the speed of the connected devices and adjusts the speed accordingly. This switch model can be powered in two ways, either by the power adapter or the supplied USB cable. The advantage of using a USB cable is that you do not need a power socket and you only need a free USB port on your computer.
