The Fractal Design Era 2 Silver PC case is designed for Mini ITX builds, making efficient use of its internal space. The outer shell is made of anodised aluminium, and the top is complemented by a magnetically attached walnut wood panel that allows air to pass through. The internal structure features a sliding central wall, which allows you to adjust the layout by 15mm to favour either the processor or graphics card cooling. The case supports SFX and SFX-L power supplies and allows for the installation of powerful components while maintaining compact external dimensions.

Design and ventilation system
The outer shell is a single piece of moulded aluminium, complemented by a magnetically attached, FSC-certified top panel. The ventilation system efficiently directs airflow through the entire structure and keeps components at optimal temperatures. A simple mechanism allows for tool-free removal of the outer shell and top bracket, making it easy to access the hardware for installation and maintenance.
Internal layout and features
The interior accommodates graphics cards up to 326mm long and supports liquid cooling with a radiator up to 280mm. Two included Aspect 12 PWM fans actively dissipate heat from the bottom of the build. The case is equipped with an integrated PCIe 4.0 riser cable for graphics card installation and a front panel with a USB-C port for high-speed data transfer.
