Making coffee with the Hario V60-02 dripper is easy
To prepare coffee, you will need a filter paper, which is placed in the dripper. It's important to rinse it with water to eliminate any paper aftertaste and to bring the dripper to the optimal temperature. Then add the coffee, ideally freshly ground, which should have a coarser grind than for espresso. Pour a small amount of water at a temperature of 92–94°C into the centre and wait for 30–45 seconds. Then, slowly pour the water into the dripper in a circular motion, and you're done. The Hario V60-02 dripper lets you prepare truly delicious coffee.
