Intel 545s 256GB SSD
Intel is back again with a new Intel 545s SSD. These drives are unique because they are among the first SSD drives with a custom version of 3D NAND technology. They are also superior in terms of speed and durability. The new Intel 545s SSD can read data at up to 550 MB/s and write at up to 500 MB/s. Stamina is about 144TBW, which, for the 5-year warranty, is about 30% of the total capacity per day. The SSD is equipped with the DevSleep power saving mode, which only uses 2.5mW.
