The pan is made of high-quality cast aluminium for guaranteed durability, and its non-stick surface can handle any dish without sticking. The stainless steel handle fits perfectly in your hand, giving you confidence when handling the pan. It is attached to the body of the pan with 2 metal rivets. The thick base distributes heat evenly, but is also designed to heat up quickly. Excellent cooking results are ensured by the pan's sophisticated multi-layer construction. The base is a highly conductive aluminium core, which ensures even heat distribution over the entire surface of the pan. At the heart of the pan is a durable inner surface with a granite effect, which is extremely resistant to abrasion, prevents food from burning even at higher temperatures, and allows for healthy cooking with a minimum of fat. On the outside, the pan is protected by an elegant spray coating, while the bottom is enclosed by a thick induction base, making the pan fully compatible with all types of hobs. The GRANIT pan contains no plastic parts, so you can also use it in the oven to finish dishes. When used in the oven, it is heat-resistant up to 230°C.
