Image stabilisation and powerful processor
The camera features five-axis hybrid image stabilization (a combination of O. I. S. and E. I. S. ) for video recordings. The system enables smooth shots without the need for a gimbal. Fast data processing is provided by a powerful processor that enables continuous shooting at up to 10 frames per second with electronic shutter.
Optimise for vlogging and selfie content
The G100D features a selfie mode for video that automatically focuses on the face and background at the same time. A red frame around the image during recording provides a visual check of the current recording status. The 7.5cm LCD display is flip-up and touchscreen, with a resolution of 1.84 million dots and a 3:2 aspect ratio.
Professional-grade audio recording
The built-in microphone uses Nokia's OZO Audio technology. The system consists of three microphones and automatically adjusts the recording direction according to face and scene detection. The result is clear sound without the need for an additional microphone, even in challenging conditions.
Connectivity, sharing and mobility
Photo and video transfer is possible via Bluetooth 4.2 and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n. The "Upload Picture (smartphone)" function allows direct upload to social networks via the LUMIX Sync app. The body is equipped with a USB-C port for convenient charging.
Design, durability and user features
The body weighs approximately 346 g (including battery and SD card) and measures 115.6 × 83.1 × 54.2 mm. Battery life is up to 1,050 shots in power saving mode. There is an OLED viewfinder with 2.36 million dots and approximately 100% coverage. Advanced features include zero, focus peaking, histogram, focus stacking, post focus and live composition.
