The cable uses the USB4™ Gen 3x2 standard, which brings a transfer speed of up to 40Gbps. This speed is twice as fast as the previous generation USB 3.2 and matches the Thunderbolt 3 standard. You can copy large files, such as videos or backups, in just a few seconds. Thanks to DisplayPort Alt Mode 2.0 support, you can use the cable to connect a monitor with a resolution of up to 8K at a 60Hz refresh rate. Naturally, there is backward compatibility with Thunderbolt 3, USB 3.2, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 standards.

Powerful power supply with Power Delivery 3.1

This cable supports the latest Power Delivery 3.1 standard with Extended Power Range (EPR). It offers a charging output of up to 240W at 48V and 5A. This lets you charge even the most powerful laptops, docking stations or other power-hungry devices without any problems. Safe and efficient power management is handled by the integrated E-Marker VL153 chip, which communicates with the connected device and sets the optimal charging parameters.

Durable design of the PremiumCord cable

The cotton braided outer jacket protects the inner conductors from mechanical damage and bending. The connector body is made of aluminium, which contributes to better heat dissipation and overall strength. Inside are copper conductors, and triple shielding protects the signal, minimising electromagnetic interference from the surroundings and keeping data transmission stable.
