What do people rate the monitor against? I got it for my son for games and compared to my work BenQ SW270C, the colours and panel are really awful. But it's also a fifth of the price. So to rate just the price-performance ratio, I would give about 5 stars. But there is an absolutely horrible holder, designed as if it was invented by German engineers. It moves your monitor about 30cm from the wall to the centre of the desk, but more importantly the monitor shakes every time you tap the desk. Forget about a stable image when playing wilder action games. It doesn't even seem to add to a more solid wall mount. The monitor is anchored in the holder by four plastic beaks. A little scary. I would consider a single input, or two, to be a minus, but I'm afraid the choice is one or the other. But never mind, my son has an HDMI reducer that solves it reliably. The question is also the fineness and sharpness of the image, because my working BenQ also has Quad HD and the image is completely differently rendered. Maybe 31 inches is too much for Quad HD. It's a monitor, so you're looking at it from the subway, not from three like a TV.

on the Internet it says: The best 32' budget IPS monitor on the market. it's true. I have LG and Gigabyte 32 monitor at home, Samsung G5 is clearly the best of them

I purchased the monitor as a second add-on to my main Dell monitor. The display itself is attached to the quite massive base in such a way that it shakes like jelly every time you touch it. Another negative is the miniature adjustment joystick at the bottom edge of the display, which is optimal for the finger of a five-year-old child. Fortunately, you only perceive these negatives the first time you set it up. I use the monitors mainly for graphics and after adjusting the brightness, contrast and colours, the picture is very decent. Especially considering the favourable price.

Beautiful colour reproduction, great viewing angles, beautiful large IPS panel with thin bezels
Ideal resolution at 32″ 1440p at up to 180Hz
Freesync + G-sync compatible
The power supply is external, but it is very small and light, easy to hide e.g. in the cable basket under the table
The menu is clear enough and the controls on the bottom edge of the monitor are "OK" - it could be a little better, but it's definitely usable
Definitely price/performance ratio
Only basic connectivity 1x DP, 1x HDMI - one more HDMI port would definitely be useful
Lack of USB hub
