I wanted to register for the 3 year extended warranty TCL offers (great), I go to the form and try to fill it out, all fine except for the manufacturer box (no found message in the box). However, you cannot submit the form without completing this field. OK probably a mistake, I'm going to the TCL site and support and writing an email. The reply was apparently from an "intelegence" with a link to the same email and a recommendation to try again, or to update Chrome. Trying another browser, filling it out on my phone, another computer, nothing. Aha, I go to another device, another browser, still nothing. A little annoyed, I find the support number and call, the number called doesn't exist. Nice! I make a request on my TCL account (normally used to claim the device). The next day I get a call from Slovakia, I answer it and look at the support. Obviously a stranger even further from the east very helpful and supportive. He listens to me and tells me he will send me a link to fill it out. Now I'm thinking maybe the number on Alza and TCL is Slovak and they didn't put the area code there. The mail arrived after a while, again with a link to the same page that doesn't work and instructions on how to set up a TCL account, which I have long had. I'm furious, and I'm writing a response considerably angry. The next day a message told me to send the data to the form, that they would set it up manually. I'll send a scan of the screen with all the data, I'm not in the mood to transcribe it into an email. Again, the answer is to send a scan of the receipt. For God's sake why, when all you have to do is fill in the receipt number on the form. I'll send a scan of the receipt. The next day it's done. So after a week, I have an extended warranty. Otherwise, the TV is good to watch with clouds of apps, streaming, awesome
