I purchased a toner that was presented by the store as compatible for HP Inc. printers. However, when inserted into the printer, the device did not accept the cartridge at all - because of the chip it cannot be used, so it is effectively unusable. I filed a complaint stating that the product was not as described and demanded a refund. Instead of a solution, I was only told that the claim was rejected and I should pick up the goods. I don't understand the purpose of a toner that can't be used in the printer it is specifically designed for. If a product is sold as compatible, it must be functional - otherwise it is a misleading product label. We are trying to communicate with the store, but they are no longer responding to further messages. For me a very negative experience and do not recommend.
