The result is just like from an Italian pizzeria – it just takes a bit of practice I can recommend this pizza oven with a clear conscience, even though we had a bit of a rocky start. But once you’ve got used to it, I guarantee you’ll never want pizza from anywhere else. I am extremely satisfied with it. Train hard, fight easy I must admit it took me a bit of effort to work out what baking times and temperatures to use for different pizzas. I literally burnt my first few attempts to a crisp! It takes a bit of patience and trial and error at first, until you’ve got the hang of the oven, so to speak. The main advantages, based on my experience: Fantastic flavour: Once you’ve got the hang of it, the result is just like something from a professional pizzeria. Especially when you take the trouble to prepare everything properly at home, from the dough itself right through to the fresh ingredients. Easy maintenance: Cleaning up after cooking is often a right pain, but fortunately this oven is very easy to clean and does the job well. If you’re willing to sacrifice the first two pizzas whilst practising and experimenting with the temperature, you’ll be rewarded with an absolutely perfect homemade pizza. If you’re in any doubt, I’d definitely recommend this one!
