See update at end: I've only had this chair for a bit more than a week. Longterm wear and tear has yet to be seen. As I noted in the product negatives, the mesh making up the seat and backrest seems permanently affixed/bonded/vulcanized/welded to the construction. I see no way to address this should that netting tear or stretch out of shape over time. Since my perception of the overall build being quite nice it would be a terrible shame to have to discard the whole (pricey) chair because the plastic webbing has worn out. And it will FAR before the rest of the solid aluminum construction. It is comfy. UPDATE: Fri May 13, 2022 It's clear that the mesh starts to stretch out slightly in just this roughly month's worth of use. What's concerning is that getting replacement parts for when it's just too worn out is questionable. For the price of this chair I would expect a ready supply of user-replaceable seats, lumbar support pads, and such. For this price I would re-consider a Herman Miller Aeron which does have replacement parts available and it's not that much more costly. I still find the chair solid and comfortable.
First of all it is very comfortable and supportive. I'm ~165cm and 60kg.
The chair has a very sturdy and tight fit-n-finish. …well machined and made.
The quality of the rolling casters are good.
The synthetic mesh netting which makes up the seat and back does not seem serviceable nor replaceable.
