I bought it because other gaming mice with freespin wheel are too big for my hand. The huge disappointment was that it's not for small hands - it's actually a 13cm mouse with a cut off butt. There are no basic Linux drivers, no basic protocol documentation is available for someone to add SW support, and without it, there's no way to change the DPI or turn off the ENORMOUS, constantly glowing, battery-eating logo. It doesn't use the "standard" Razer protocol and there is no way to add support for OpenRazer unless you have Windows to reverse engineer the protocol. Other than that, though, it looks like a great mouse.
The freespin mode of the wheel is quite sufficient, although it has less inertia than, say, the Logitech M705. Perhaps because the wheel is noticeably smaller or lighter.

Pleasant rubberization of the sides; will probably be designed for finger grip, but it's too high for that, at least for me.
Quality workmanship
From the small size of the mouse I expected it to be ergonomic for a smaller hand. I was wrong. It's more of a large mouse that simply lacks a rear section. The profile starts with a very steep concave climb quickly followed by an apex, which is only comfortable if you have the beginnings of your fingers on it - at least 2cm of your palms are in front of the mouse in the air, without support. Smaller fingers cannot reach the buttons and wheels comfortably. It's just a 13+ cm mouse with its ass cut off. It can indeed be grasped deeper into the palm of the hand, but then the concave butt presses unergonomically and painfully into the palm. So the mouse is only comfortable for the big hand.
High. If you have carpal tunnel problems due to high mice, this one will probably make it worse.
The buttons (left and right) are quite stiff. Much stiffer than the other mice I have on hand (Logitech G305 and M705). For me, it overloads the flexor tendons of my index finger - they start in my forearm, so after a while of clicking my whole hand starts to hurt, and other small muscles in my palm. When you click closer to the centre of the mouse (smaller hand) the resistance is even noticeably greater.
On the mouse you can not HW turn off the backlight logo, which is constantly lit and eats battery, you can not change the DPI or polling rate. Just nothing. The first side button does not send any standard HID code, the OS does not see it. Everything probably has to be solved with software, but it doesn't exist for all platforms.
Zero Linux support from Razer. The mouse obviously doesn't use the standard Razer protocol, so you can't even add support to OpenRazer. I wouldn't believe that there are mice today for which the manufacturers don't make Linux drivers or release the necessary documentation for someone else to write the driver. Plus, there is the OpenRazer project, and Razer would only need 20 minutes to add support for most new mice with knowledge of their proprietary protocols.
The scroll button in the freespin puts up no resistance, and pressing it down is difficult without unintentionally unscrolling. It is almost impossible to press tilt in right/left in freespin without turning.

I have been looking for the ideal mouse for a very long time. I have tried a number of them and as soon as I discovered this new one, I immediately wanted to try it. I have had experience with its bigger brother, the Razer Basilisk mouse in the past and it fit me quite well, but it was still quite large for my small hand. I was very pleased when Razer introduced a smaller "pocket-sized" version of it. I finally felt like I was holding the mouse I had been looking for for so long, but on the first day it disappointed me with its battery life. The mouse came to me charged to 20% and when I recharged it to full during the evening, I sat down at the computer in the morning and it was dead (with the backlight completely off). I don't know if this is a firmware bug, where the mouse simply failed, or managed to run out of power during the evening's few hours of operation.
