After unpacking, installation was simple without needing the manual, which was nice as there are no instructions in Czech in the packaging. When I plugged the charging/self-cleaning station into the mains and placed it so the power cable wasn't in the way anywhere, I automatically kept putting the vacuum in the wrong way round. If I were to turn the station around, the power cable would get in the way as it can't be routed out any other way. It's a small thing I'll get used to quickly, but I would have preferred it if the cable could be routed out from the other side as well. Even though I have a robot vacuum mopping my home every other day, when I poured out the dirty water, it was clear that the robot still has major shortcomings and there's nothing better than doing it manually every once in a while. Another complaint is that the mopping head is very tall and doesn't fit under most of my furniture, so I can't avoid moving almost everything to get everywhere. In conclusion, the vacuum cleaner is a great help with cleaning and does a very good job, but for the money, it has quite a few issues, and while I understand that, I can't overlook all of them.

Cleaning - you can choose from a total of 4 modes (hot water, steam, auto, and floor). The device can handle almost any type of dirt (even older stains). Roborock recommends only using the original cleaning solutions from the manufacturer for the floor washer, i.e. nothing that foams, no bleach, to avoid damaging the appliance. Controls - easy. It can be controlled via manual buttons and the display directly on the device, or you can also configure the individual modes individually using the Roborock app. Battery life - approx. 60 minutes under full load Maintenance - simple. You can clean the appliance using a short and a longer self-cleaning cycle. At the end of each cycle, it notifies you that it's finished and that the dirty water tank needs to be emptied to prevent odours. Noise level - not significantly noisy, pretty standard Smart functions and sensors - using the Roborock app, you can easily adjust the individual modes as needed. I rate the quality/price ratio positively and am satisfied with the appliance.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the Roborock F25 Ultra. The vacuuming and mopping combination saves me a lot of time, and the floor is beautifully clean afterwards. It handles crumbs, hair, dog fur and general mess with no problems. What I appreciate most is the steam cleaning, which does an excellent job even on dried-on or sticky stains – you just let the mop work for a moment and the dirt is gone. The self-cleaning and drying after cleaning is also practical. I was pleasantly surprised by the battery; I managed to do the whole house with it without any issues, and best of all, no cables! The only downside for me is the stairs, where it's a bit harder to handle. Otherwise, it's a fantastic helper and I've fallen in love with it. When emptying the dirty water tank, I was really surprised at how disgustingly dirty the water was.

According to the product specifications, the Roborock F25 Ultra has a battery life of up to 60 minutes in Auto mode, up to 25 minutes in Steam Mode and up to 20 minutes in Water Mode. However, if the device stopped working after around 30 minutes and subsequently failed to respond even when charged, this may have been an isolated manufacturing fault, for which we are very sorry.
