I like things with a clean design and I only wanted a soundbar, without a subwoofer and other "boxes". This seems like a good product for that use. It calibrates the room and the sound from it is at a pretty decent level. Sure, it'll probably never be like building a home theater in the 9.1 variant, but for me it's a great option. I'm a pretty simple user, plugged into the network, connected the HDMI and it was on. I don't really care about apps and stuff like that, and I don't want to deal with it, so I'm fine with just calibrating it through the app and not using it anymore. When you put on 5.1 sound you can hear the dialogue and the bustle nicely, which is exactly what I needed because 5.1 sound on a pure TV is pure hell.
