My thin and light i7-12700H doesn't get above 70 degrees even when playing CS2 on integrated graphics, which is certainly much better than before. If it dries out again, which I hope it doesn't, it seems to me that I have applied correctly, I will try another solution, for example in the form of thermal pads, as this seems to me to be a much easier and safer solution. But for now I'm satisfied.
