Preparation of frappé
To prepare the frappé in Salente MIxi Gr you will need about 30 frozen espresso cubes, 110 ml of whole milk and a sweetener of your choice. The day before making the frappé, freeze the espresso in an ice cube tray. Place the frozen espresso cubes in the grinder container and select the grinding programme "Grind". Then add the milk, sweetener and again select the given grinding program "Grind". Frappé can be served with ice cream or whipped cream.

Walnut shells contain a higher proportion of iodine, and are useful for those with thyroid problems. Iodine deficiency also affects the health of the uterus or prostate. If you need to replenish your body with iodine, folk medicine recommends a decoction of walnut shells. Prepare the decoction by blending the shells into a powder in the Salente Mixi GR and pouring water over it. Boil this mixture for a few minutes and then let it cool. You can also mix the ground shells into toothpaste for whiter teeth or use them to make a homemade body scrub.
