Real-time intelligent object tracking
When photographing a moving person in the distance, the tracking system captures the entire body, with the focus area transitioning seamlessly between the face and eyes depending on the subject's position. The Object Recognition Algorithm processes spatial information through colour, object distance (depth), texture (brightness), and face and eye information - all at high speed in real time. After setting up Touch Tracking in the menu, simply select the object by touching the monitor. When taking photos or movies, the camera automatically starts tracking the subject.
Touch focus control: intuitive focusing and shutter release directly on the display
With the Touch Pad function, you can easily move the current focus position while looking into the viewfinder. Just slide your finger across the screen until you reach the point you want to focus on. To move the focus, even to the edge of the frame, just touch the screen with Touch Focus. With Touch Shutter, you can set the focus and activate the shutter with a single touch.
