Other advantages of ULTIMA cookware
The container has a three-layer sandwich bottom, which has excellent thermo-accumulation properties. Not only does it transfer heat smoothly inside the pot without fluctuations and across the entire surface of the bottom, which makes cooking easier and prevents scorching, but it also retains heat even after it is removed from the source. Another nice feature is the practical measuring scale, which you will find on the inner wall of the container - thanks to it, you can do without a measuring cup when cooking, saving you time and money.
Casserole functionality
The lids can be placed on the containers using the recesses in the handles in three different working positions, making it easy to select or change these functions during cooking: fast reaching boiling and heating with energy saving you achieve in the no steam hole position; Cooking without boiling and straining of finely chopped ingredients is made possible by the position of the small steam hole; for overcooking potatoes, pasta and for intense cooking without overcooking, select the large steam hole position. These three working positions are clearly marked on the handles with symbols . To strain, simply press the lid in the appropriate position with your thumb and slowly tip the food over to drain without the lid slipping and scalding.
Clever lid storage
The handles are also equipped with holes into which the lids can be conveniently placed whenever you want to stir the food or add ingredients during cooking. Thanks to the design of the lid and its position in the handle, the condensed steam flows from the lid back into the pots so it doesn't stain your kitchen.
