When connected to a newer PC set where both PC 3.0 and 4.0 were present, the reduction to 3.0 PC interface with NVMe disk was fine. Therefore, it is necessary to first verify the function of the reduction with a specific PC assembly so that it works as it should. However, the fan on the reduction is quite noisy to the point of being annoying with its loudness. Tested only when connecting one drive with NVMe.

I write reviews because others don' t like it and they don' t solve the real shortcomings of the products they buy.
Despite the shortcomings, it still works, I' m just not sure about the transmission capacity - see shortcomings.
The big downside is definitely the noisy fan, whose noise can really only be regulated by disconnecting it, because it is located just behind the card' s shield, so there is no chance of artificially attenuating the noise before exiting the PC.
Poor quality design… The package also includes an aluminum heatsink, which is to be attached to the M.2 module together with the hot water pad with the supplied rubber bands. M.2 module fastened with the supplied screw (which determines its mounting from the reduction surface), heat-conducting pads, heat sinks and rubber bands so large that it is not possible to fit an aluminum cover with a fan without the rubber band colliding with the fan, which is probably not entirely good for the fan, not even for the M.2 module (it just bends the reduction)… If you put the rubber band so that it does not collide with the fan, then in the case of my M.2 module with one large chip (WD Blue SN570 1TB) also problem, because the rubber band pushes in a place where it has no support and bends the M.2 module, thanks to which the chip on the far side detaches the chip from the heat-conducting paste and the whole cooling system loses its meaning at that moment (rather it will be harder to cool). This is a design error of the manufacturer, when the manufacturer did not count on any space reserves and the instructions are in conflict with reality.
The quality of the whole element is also very dubious, the aluminum cover with the fan is scratched on both sides by production, not that it matters in the box, but it says a lot about the manufacturer. The shield is poorly painted, there are coarse impurities in the paint, this is also nothing that would affect the function of the product, but again it says about the manufacturer (to produce a lot in a short time and not to check the quality).
The biggest quality shortcoming of the whole element is the bus. One piece of the bus from the factory is damaged in the piece that got into my hands, at the end of which part is missing and the material that was supposed to form this part here is about 0.5 m high, which cheerfully irreversibly finished the PCIe 3.0 port of my motherboard . In this problem, I also think that the reason for the low speed of the new disk, after all, just a small point instead of a few mm2 of connection between the card and the board in one of the pins is probably a bit of a difference in permeability.
Poor quality packaging, or did I get a return even though I only checked the new ones? The product was delivered to the alza box in a protective paper bag with a bubble wrap insert, yet the seal on the box has already been peeled off and there is someone' s fingerprint in the glue…
