Dyson products are not bad, and this vacuum cleaner is not bad either. But if you need any support, or to deal with a claim or spare part, stay strictly with Alza. The support on dyson.cz is literally horrible, the website is insane, there is no call center, the chat is almost non-functional, it is obviously manned by non-English speaking people who use an online translator. The head of the product (what you hold the vacuum cleaner by and where the motor and waste container are) is not very light, so if you are vacuuming cobwebs near the ceiling, for example, it is not very easy. That' s why I recommend buying a locking button and a flexible hose so you don' t have to hold the vacuum cleaner up.
