The pan has a PFAS-free non-stick ceramic coating that is resistant to scratches. Thanks to its steel handle and thick base, you can use it on all types of hobs, including induction, and also for baking in the oven up to 200°C.

The CERANOA pan features a ceramic coating based on sol-gel technology. The coating is PFAS-free, which contributes to healthier food preparation.
