Non-stick blades and safe handle
High-quality Japanese stainless steel with an optimal hardness of HRC 53 ensures excellent sharpness and corrosion resistance. The polished blade with a grinding angle of 26° +/- 2° provides precise and clean cuts. The reinforced blade provides good balance to the knives and increases their strength. Each knife fits well in the hand and provides precise control while working. The balanced design minimizes hand fatigue even during prolonged use. The safe Softgrip handle with finger protection ensures a non-slip grip even with wet hands. The shape of the handle increases protection for your fingers from slipping onto the blade.
Set contents:
Paring knife (blade length 11 cm), paring knife (blade length 8 cm), breakfast knife (blade length 11 cm)
Knife maintenance:
The knives can be washed in the dishwasher, but to maintain sharpness, gentle hand washing with warm water and dishwashing detergent and subsequent drying is recommended. A polished blade will retain its sharpness with proper maintenance. Store knives in a knife block or on a magnetic strip to protect the blade.
