Heaters

The important parameters for selecting heaters are mainly power, size of the room and the safety features. You can choose from 6 options.

Continue

Convectors

  • Air is heated by convection through the hot coil, and is transferred to the upper layer of the heater
  • They can be equipped with a fan for better air circulation
  • Advantages: low purchase price, high performance and rapid heating of the room
  • Disadvantages: Desiccated or dry air

Warm air heaters

  • Air is heated through a heating coil and discharged through a fan into the room
  • Advantages: Compactness and easy portability, less desiccated air
  • Disadvantages: Noisy

Oil radiators

  • Specific heat is produced by heating the oil mixture through the heating coil
  • Due to the lower heating temperature, air does not blow continuously. 
  • Advantages: easy maintenance, quiet, non blowing air, high thermal inertia
  • Disadvantages: higher energy consumption

Heating panels

  • Alternative to conventional radiators
  • Electric current is converted to heat waves, thereby heating more efficiently
  • Lower power consumption by up to 30% compared to conventional heaters
  • The base is made (mostly) from ceramic heating panels
  • Advantages: efficient heating, lower power consumption, no dry air or dust swirls

Infrared heaters

  • No warm air, but the device is directed towards the people or objects directly, also called radiation heating
  • Advantages: easy maintenance, fast heating, radiant heating
  • Disadvantages: Only works in a room where the device is located; For efficient heating, direct contact with the object or the person with the infrared radiator is required

Gas heaters

  • Connection of gas, propane or butane bottle required
  • The air is heated by heating around the radiator
  • Ideal for large areas
  • Advantages: high performance; easy portability
  • Disadvantages: high cost
