Homematic IP SET11 is a smart heating control set that combines a central unit, a thermostatic head, and a window or door sensor. The system automatically adjusts the heating according to the current situation in your home and lets you control individual elements via a mobile app. When you open a window, the system can automatically lower the heating to help reduce unnecessary heat loss. The wireless design makes installation easy, and the system can be gradually expanded with other Homematic IP devices.

Automatic heating based on open windows
The Homematic IP thermostatic head HmIP-eTRV-B regulates the temperature in a range of 5 to 30°C and is designed for standard valves with an M30×1.5mm thread. The HmIP-SWDO-2 window and door sensor detects when a window is open and can instruct the system to reduce the heating, preventing energy waste during ventilation. All devices are connected by the Homematic IP Access Point HmIP-HAP, through which the system can be managed using the mobile app. The Access Point supports up to 80 devices, so the set can be expanded later with other smart home elements. The wireless communication and battery power for both the thermostatic head and the sensor make installation easy without any need for electrical work.
