Image parameters
The 1/3" Progressive CMOS sensor provides a clear image with a resolution of 2560 × 1440px, which corresponds to the 4MP standard. A fixed lens with a 3.6mm focal length captures the scene at a 74° horizontal, 38.5° vertical and 88° screen size angle. Efficient H.265 and H.264 video compression reduces network traffic and saves storage space while maintaining high recording quality.
Night vision for round-the-clock protection
Property protection works uninterrupted even after dark thanks to the integrated infrared illuminator. The night vision automatically activates the infrared LEDs when the ambient light drops and reliably renders the space up to a distance of 10m. This stable range is sufficient for monitoring standard residential rooms, offices or corridors in complete darkness without the need to install additional external light sources.
Smart detection and motion tracking
Smart algorithms recognise human presence and reduce false alarms caused by animals or changes in light. The Smart Tracking function automatically follows moving objects in the camera's field of view. When the area is breached, the system instantly sends a notification to your mobile phone and activates the built-in siren.
Sound and communication with the family
The integrated microphone and speaker provide two-way audio for easy communication with household members. A special One-touch Call button on the camera body enables children or elderly people to initiate a call to the mobile app with a single press, while abnormal sound detection alerts you to a baby crying or glass breaking.
Flexible recording storage
Users have several methods for saving captured video recordings. Local storage supports MicroSD memory cards with a capacity of up to 256GB, which provides plenty of space for recording. Alternatively, you can save footage to an NVR network recorder or secure cloud storage. This lets you choose the most suitable data backup method according to your own preferences.
Connectivity and application
Wireless network connection works via single-band 2.4GHz WiFi with a range of up to 50m in an open space. Device management is handled by the Imou App, which is compatible with Android and iOS operating systems. The app supports the ONVIF protocol, making it easy to integrate with camera systems from other manufacturers.
