JBL Stage3 68

JBL Stage3 68
The JBL Stage3 68 coaxial car speakers are a two-way solution for upgrading the sound in your vehicle. Thanks to the patented Plus One woofer architecture, they offer higher sensitivity and a more powerful low-frequency response. Clear and detailed highs are delivered by the balanced PEI dome tweeter, which has a wide and smooth response even at higher volumes. With a continuous power handling of 70W RMS, they are suitable for connection to both a head unit and an external amplifier.

Patented technology for powerful bass
The woofer uses the patented Plus One architecture. Plus One technology gives the cone a larger overall surface area compared to standard speakers in the same class, resulting in higher sensitivity and more powerful low-frequency performance. The cone itself contains 10% glass fibre and is shaped using a laser-engraved mould. This creates a visual effect that mimics the look of forged carbon fibre.
Clear highs and optimised performance
The coaxial assembly includes a balanced dome tweeter made of PEI (polyetherimide). Its edge-driven design delivers a wider and smoother high-frequency response without harshness, at any output level. The speakers operate with a true 4-ohm impedance. This impedance compensates for the natural resistance in the system's wiring and maximises the power drawn from the head unit or external amplifier.
Construction and materials
The overall construction of the speakers is designed to fit into standard car locations and deliver excellent acoustic performance. Components made from recycled plastics were used in their production. They also feature PVC-free wiring and packaging printed with soy-based inks.
