Generally garmin great. You already get everything in the app, you don' t need to buy any premium etc. The watch closely monitors you for the first 4 weeks and then processes a lot of data, and above all, the data affects each other. The app works a bit like a social network. network so you can find friends who also have a garmin.
Resistant mole
Recessed glass, so the risk of scratches is eliminated
Solar panels really do work
Strong white flashlight (4 power options)
Red light
Functional compass
Functional barometer
Functional altimeter
Very good GPS
Sleep tracking
Monitoring heart rate variation
Answers to messages and calls - custom
Suitable for firefighters (I wear it myself on trips)
Relatively light, they do not burden the hand
Compared to other models, it is slightly higher - it does not fit under all clothes
A less formal accessory
If you do not need to wear the watch in demanding conditions and during manual work, I would choose another model.
Solar panels are nice and work, but if you don' t need to be away from civilization for a long time, you don' t need them.

Clear, lightweight, durable, at an affordable price. I bought it on sale. At work, I don't have to worry about hitting anything with them. Finally, a light, it's priceless.
The 4 screws don't make sense, but they improve the look. The round target on the right with the optional data is a bit of a hindrance.

Absolutely perfect machine, bought on sale so I saved up. solar charging is probably a blast, so far thanks to the autumn gloom, there was no opportunity to test. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with the VA4 and my next choice will be instinct again. I don't need a TV on my wrist to live, but a watch that communicates with me and I don't have to electrocute it every two days: )
Easy to get used to the button controls after switching from Garmin VA4 touchscreen
Flashlight
Absolutely insane battery life
Robustness (I finally feel like I got a Gshocky from my dad - that I'm wearing a watch and not a glass)
Design- just tacticool
