The unit acts as a bridge between compatible X-Sense devices and your home WiFi network. While some detectors communicate wirelessly with the base station using the Link+ Pro system, the base station then relays notifications to the mobile app. In the X-Sense Home Security app, you can name individual devices by room, monitor their status, receive notifications, and for selected models, also use remote testing or alarm silencing. The whole system is therefore clear and easy to manage, even in larger households, family homes, or buildings with multiple rooms.
