Wi-Fi connectivity and speed
The access point uses the advanced 802.11ax standard, which is backwards compatible with older 802.11g, 802.11n and 802.11ac standards. The wireless network operates on two frequency bands with optimised load balancing. On the 2.4GHz band, the transfer speed reaches up to 575Mbps. The total wireless capacity reaches speeds of up to 3000Mbps thanks to the efficient use of spatial streams. MU-MIMO technology enables simultaneous communication with multiple client devices without increasing latency.

This device effectively extends wireless network coverage with integrated WDS and Smart Mesh technology, which simplifies connecting multiple access points into a single coherent unit. Users can move freely around the space without worrying about signal dropouts thanks to support for fast roaming under the 802.11r/k/v standards. The internal antenna system, with its 3×3 configuration on the 5GHz band, significantly boosts signal range even in the most distant parts of the building. The Smart Connect function automatically assigns client devices to the most suitable band to achieve optimal performance.

The data transfer protection meets the standards for both business and private networks. The device supports a wide range of encryption protocols that prevent unauthorised access to the network infrastructure. These protocols protect sensitive data and ensure network security. Security features include WPA, WPA2, WPA2-Enterprise and WPA3 encryption, IEEE 802.1x and RADIUS authentication, Layer 2 isolation (L2-isolation), MAC address filtering, rogue AP detection, and Captive Portal support for secure guest logins. The integrated Access Control function provides strict control over individual user access rights.

The device offers one Ethernet port that supports multiple speed modes for flexible integration. It can be powered either via an Ethernet cable or a standard mains adapter. It features 1× LAN port supporting 100Mbit, 1Gbit, and 2.5Gbit speeds. It also supports PoE+ (802.3at) power with a maximum consumption of 20.5W, and an external power adapter with a DC 12V, 2A output. The multi-gigabit uplink port provides maximum throughput to the router.
