The EIZO EV2485-BK monitor is a professional tool for office use, where the emphasis is on productivity, image accuracy and user comfort. It is based on a 24.1" IPS panel with a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels, which, thanks to the 16:10 aspect ratio, displays more vertical content, making it easier to work with documents and applications without constant scrolling. The 24.1" IPS monitor uses a 10-bit LUT for colour processing, resulting in smooth and accurate colour transitions. A key feature is the versatile USB-C connector with 70W Power Delivery, which transfers video, data and simultaneously powers a connected laptop with a single cable. The EIZO FlexScan EV2485-BK also integrates eye-care technologies, including hybrid backlight control to eliminate flicker and the Auto EcoView function, which automatically adjusts brightness according to ambient light conditions, reducing eye fatigue during long-term work.

Image Quality
The display is built on a 24.1" IPS panel with a 1920 × 1200 resolution, also known as WUXGA. With a 16:10 aspect ratio, the monitor offers 11% more vertical space than conventional Full HD monitors, which you'll appreciate when working with long documents, spreadsheets or when programming. IPS technology provides wide viewing angles of 178° horizontally and vertically without colour degradation. For accurate colour reproduction, the monitor processes the signal with a 10-bit LUT, which results in smooth gradients and natural tones. A brightness of 350 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 1,000:1 contribute to a clear and vivid image. The Overdrive function reduces the response time to 5ms (GtG), limiting motion blur when scrolling through content quickly.
Advanced Ergonomics and Eye Care
The FlexStand allows for extensive adjustment of the screen position. The height can be smoothly changed within a range of 182.2mm, which allows the top edge of the monitor to be set below eye level. The screen can be tilted 35° backwards and 5° forwards, swivelled 344° and a pivot function can be used to rotate it 90° to a vertical position, suitable for reading documents or coding. Several technologies take care of eye protection. Auto EcoView with an integrated sensor adjusts the brightness to the ambient light, while hybrid backlight control eliminates invisible flicker. In addition, EcoView Optimizer intelligently reduces brightness in dark scenes, saving energy and further reducing eye strain.
Additional Features
Integrated front-facing speakers provide basic sound for video conferencing or system sounds without the need for external accessories. Controlling the settings is intuitive thanks to the electrostatic buttons and the Button Guide feature, which displays labels for the options directly on the screen as soon as you touch the control panel. Standard VESA mounting holes are used for flexible installation on a wall or on a movable arm.
Wide Connectivity Options
The monitor's connector array includes ports for connecting to modern and older devices. The USB-C port turns the office monitor with USB-C into a central docking point for your workspace. A single cable transmits the DisplayPort video signal, audio, data and simultaneously powers the laptop with up to 70W. DisplayPort 1.3 and HDMI 1.4 connectors are also available. For connecting external devices such as a keyboard, mouse or webcam, there is a built-in USB hub with four Type-A ports (USB 5 Gbps). Audio output is provided by a 3.5mm stereo jack.
