The detachable VESA plates also make mounting the monitors much easier and faster – first you attach the plate to the screen and then place the whole set on the mount's arm.

This means that regardless of the weight, the monitor always stays in the desired position while being easy to move. You can adjust the spring resistance using the included Allen key. Simply turn the screw left or right to increase or decrease the spring tension.
