The Arctic Alpine 17 processor cooler is a compact solution designed for Intel Alder Lake processors, combining quiet operation, efficient heat dissipation and quick tool-free installation. Thanks to the cooler's design and controlled fan, it ensures stable processor operation even under prolonged load. The fan uses a fluid dynamic bearing with an alloy and lubricant combination developed in Germany, which reduces friction within the bearing and increases overall efficiency. Less friction means less heat is generated, bearing operating noise is reduced and the fan's service life is extended. In addition, the cooler's design does not interfere with the space around the memory slots, so it does not restrict RAM installation.

Improved cooling fin arrangement
The aluminium heatsink uses fine, Y-shaped cooling fins that increase the effective surface area for heat dissipation while directing airflow. The radial design maintains high cooling performance in very compact dimensions. The manufacturing process used preserves the high thermal conductivity of aluminium and contributes to better temperature stability under load.
Quiet fan with a wide speed range
The cooler's fan is PWM controlled over a wide speed range, so the speed adapts to the current processor load. At low loads, the speed is reduced to minimise noise, while at higher loads the system uses the fan's maximum performance for more effective cooling. This achieves a balance between performance and acoustic comfort.
Quick installation with pre-applied MX-4 paste
The cooler comes with MX-4 thermal paste applied at the factory, so there's no need to apply it separately before installation. The push-pin system means it can be fitted without tools and the whole installation process is quick and user-friendly. This combination simplifies installation both for a first build and for a later cooler replacement.
