ARCTIC P12 Pro A-RGB LN

ARCTIC P12 Pro A-RGB LN
The ARCTIC P12 Pro A-RGB LN PC fan is designed to exhaust hot air from your computer case and cool its internal components. This fan uses aerodynamically shaped blades for efficient airflow while maintaining a low noise level. The 120×120×25mm design allows for easy installation in most standard computer cases. Its integrated fluid dynamic bearing increases overall operational reliability and extends the lifespan of the entire cooling system. Users will also appreciate the ability to synchronise it with other fans in the system.
Key features of the ARCTIC P12 Pro A-RGB LN PC fan
- FDB bearing reduces vibrations during operation
- SOTA microcontroller actively suppresses motor noise
- PST technology synchronises the speed of connected fans
- Speed range starts at 450rpm and goes up to 2000rpm
- Airflow of 83m³/h
- Air pressure of 3.5mmH₂O
Fluid dynamic bearing (FDB)
The design uses a fluid dynamic bearing with an extended shaft, which improves pressure distribution inside the rotor. This technical feature significantly reduces vibrations transmitted to the case frame. The special bearing design suppresses unwanted friction and contributes to quiet operation, even under long-term load. The fan thus maintains stable mechanical properties throughout its service life.
Balanced performance
This LN series version focuses on a balanced ratio between airflow and noise level. The fan operates in a range from 450 to 2000 revolutions per minute, depending on the system's needs. A high static pressure of 3.5mm H₂O helps push air even through dense radiator fins. The airflow is 83m³/h, which helps maintain low component temperatures.
SOTA microcontroller and stability
The integrated SOTA microprocessor actively reduces motor noise while the computer is running. The control unit automatically compensates for unexpected load fluctuations and maintains smooth rotor operation. The electronics protect the device from inrush currents and accidental reverse polarity when connected to the motherboard. This protection helps prevent damage to the entire computer system.
Synchronised control
PST technology implements PWM signal sharing to synchronise the speed of multiple fans at once. An additional connector is used for daisy-chaining several cooling elements into a single connector on the motherboard. The motherboard then controls the speed of all the fans based on a single temperature curve. This simplifies cable management inside the computer case.
Aerodynamic blade design
The modified shape of the fan blades contributes to smooth airflow without creating turbulence. A small gap between the blades and the frame increases air pressure efficiency. This design detail prevents unwanted backflow of air around the edges of the fan. The result is a stable stream of air directed straight at the components being cooled.
Efficient cooling
The manufacturer uses an automated process to balance each unit for precise operation. The precise application of balancing weight eliminates rotor vibrations at high speeds. The noise level does not exceed 25dBA under normal load on the entire cooling system. In addition, the integrated ARGB backlighting offers the option to customise the colour scheme according to the user's preferences.
